Pervasive Justice is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to exploring the intersection of ubiquitous technology, law, social equity, and system accountability. As computation dissolves into the background of everyday life—through smart cities, wearable sensors, ambient artificial intelligence, automated legal systems, and spatial computing—the mechanisms of justice must evolve.
The journal interrogates how pervasive technologies alter power dynamics, enforce social order, expand surveillance, or conversely, how they can be marshaled to democratize access to rights, protect vulnerable populations, and advance systemic fairness. Pervasive Justice serves as a multidisciplinary platform uniting scholars, legal theorists, computer scientists, ethicists, sociologists, and policymakers.
